How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental US. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package leaves our warehouse.
What is your return policy for hair products?
We accept returns on unopened and unused products within 30 days of purchase. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or used.
Are Rudy’s products tested on animals?
No, all Rudy’s Barbershop products are 100% cruelty-free. We believe in high-quality grooming without compromising our ethical standards.
Can I use my online gift card at a physical Rudy's location?
Yes, our digital gift cards are valid for both online product purchases and in-shop services at any of our barbershop locations.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship within the United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our reach to more countries in the near future.
What should I do if my package arrives damaged?
Please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damaged item, and we will arrange for a replacement to be sent immediately.
